"t( number number number... )" applied to a polytope refers to Wythoffian operations,
explained here
(but be warned it's a bit difficult to parse and also requires you read the Coxeter diagram article).
All in all these kind of correspond to cutting pieces off the polytope, but it's a bit more complicated than that.
Assume t() means the original polytope (though it's technically incorrect and should be t(0)).
